"Outside the sun is shining, seems like heaven ain't far away"

The Killers played at the Merriweather Post Pavilion on 8-31-09, which was awesome! It was a great time, esp. for a Monday Birthday :) I have been a huge Killers fan since college and was obsessed with "Sam's Town" record, along with the new cd, so I was thrilled when my work spouse agreed to join me for the concert.

I must say that the Killers sound as good or better than they do on their albums. It was a good distribution of music from their three albums (Sawdust are mostly b-sides so I didn't factor it into my count). Hands down, one of the best concerts that I have ever been to and the Merriweather is a great venue.

I was tempted to post a video that I made of the Killers playing "For reasons unknown," but then I realized that you could hear me singing along and it sounded like bad karaoke, so I nixed the idea. All in all, a great time!
