Ode to grilled cheese sandwiches

This was my dinner last night - super simple and delicious! Besides breakfast bars, I think that grilled cheese sandwiches are going to become a staple in my grad school diet.  But my photo is definitely not as pretty nor delicious as the grilled cheeses featured here, in bon appetit.
