Capri pants in JANUARY?!?!

Seriouslyyyy? This crazy capri wearing girl was one of the crazy people on my trip to Virgina on Monday night. Along with this girl there was an odd 50 year old man in a Hawaiian t-shirt, and two women with Phantom of the Opera hair. During this trip, I thought to myself: where am I? And isn't 30 degrees right now? Then I remembered that I was in Virgina. Maybe, I should only do my people watching in VA? There appears to be more freaks there...
