Last night, I just made my favorite White-Bean and Tomato Salad from my beloved Everyday Foods magazine. This has become a family and summer favorite because it tastes great and is super simple. It is reminiscent of black bean salad at Tryst, but with tomatoes! Mmm beans, the magical fruit.

Mmm summer!
